When I started my career in the life insurance industry in 1984, I attended a two week training program at Metropolitan Life called “Career Success School”.  Even way back then as a neophyte, I knew that what was being presented wasn’t enough information to lead to a successful career.  The funny thing is that successful selling is not rocket science.
